After serving the legal profession for some 25 years, Sal Rivera has turned his attention to facilitating the growth of business owners as president of Beeline Consulting of Phoenix, Arizona. When he operated his law firm, Sal Rivera arbitrated and mediated disputes and helped owners save troubled companies. Earlier, he represented Fortune 500 clients in complex litigation for Fennemore Craig, and led numerous diversity initiatives.

Sal Rivera is also active in community improvement efforts, serving in leadership roles for many charitable, professional and non-profit organizations. In addition, he is one of the co-founders of the Arizona Latino Research Enterprise and served on the Governor's Latino Advisory Council. Giving back to his profession, he has been the past president of the Los Abogados Latino Bar Association.

His efforts have been honored several times, notably with the Judge Learned Hand Award for Emerging Leadership from the American Jewish Committee. The Valle del Sol Community Health agency named him an Advocacy Champion.

Mr. Rivera's other interests include cybersecurity and mental health for attorneys. He earned his law degree from the University of Chicago after obtaining his bachelor's degree in history from Arizona State University. In his spare time, he enjoys boxing and drumming, and spending time with his awesome family,
